What we collect.

When you join the list or take the quiz, we collect your name and email address. When you write to us through the interest form, we also receive whatever you choose to tell us about your studio. When you buy an edition, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor and merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

Where it goes.

Your email lives in Flodesk, the service we use to send the letters you signed up for. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and standard server logs. Purchases run through Stripe. Each of these companies processes your information under its own privacy policy, on our instructions, and none of them may use it for their own marketing.

What we don't do.

We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or run advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site. The only cookies involved are the functional ones our services need to work.

Your choices.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. If you'd like your information corrected or removed entirely, write to hello@operatingwell.com and we'll take care of it.
