Studio owners are usually the bottleneck in their own day-to-day operations, scared to leave for a single day, let alone a vacation. You opened your studio to do things your way; now you're who everyone calls. We started operating well. because between us, we've lived both sides of it: owning the studios and building the systems underneath them.

Holly has owned and run studios for more than twenty years. Today that means four businesses at once: a Pilates studio, a private PT clinic, a newer studio she's still growing, and a teacher training program. She has done the schedule, the payroll, and the worrying.
She learned many of these lessons the hard way, moving from the bottleneck to someone who can turn her phone off the whole weekend while everything runs itself. She has built each business to the point where it runs whether she's in the building or not, and she shares the wins and the losses so you can grow with clarity.

Lida has always been interested in how people think and what they need. With a background in experience strategy and design thinking, she started her career helping small private practices and wellness brands operate no matter what, even while the owner is away for two weeks.
She builds the processes that let staff answer their own questions and let the owner step away without everything slowing down. The systems are simple, implementable, and shaped to the way you already run. Her job is to make what you do easier.
The editions are where you'll find simple, implementable systems you put in place yourself, made specifically for studio owners.
